Advertising Terms
The Advertiser (you)
1must be over 18 years of age
2must be an Australian citizen or legal resident
3must be advertising a lawn or garden related business which is registered as a 'Business' under appropriate Government authorities in their State, Territory, or under Federal jurisdiction if required by the business type
No Membership
Advertising on The Lawn Guide is not a membership in an any type of Association, and entitles the Advertiser to only the advertising they utilise for free. It does not guarantee nor provide right to anything else.
Your Behaviour on The Lawn Guide
You agree not to:1list false claims about your business,
2register more than once, or under more than one business name,
3post content on The Lawn Guide which can be deemed as spam, offensive, derogatory, vulgar, misleading or knowingly untrue,
4abuse the services which are provided to you, either free or as a paid option, in any way,
The Advertiser acknowledges and accepts that violation of these principles, either as explicitly outlined, or in violation of the 'SPIRIT' of these AT&C, can include immediate sanctions against their Business Listing, or their ability to access The Lawn Guide in the future.
Performance of Advertisements
The Lawn Guide provides no guarantee whatsoever as to the performance of any advertising on this site.The Advertiser acknowledges that many factors can affect the performance of individual ads, some of which include;
1customer preferences for business names or logos,
2lack of, or poor description of services or business values,
3competition or demand or lack of available work in the areas being serviced,
4customer preferences for one ad type over another
Sanctions
Violation of these Advertising Terms and Conditions may result in immediate sanctions being imposed on the Advertiser, these may include:1removal of the Business Listing of the Advertiser,
2blocking access to The Lawn Guide by the Advertisers computer,
The Lawn Guide is not obligated to provide explanation of the reason for removal of any ad.Illegal Activity
The Advertiser acknowledges that any violation of any State, Territory or Federal Law of Australia which occurs on The Lawn Guide, may be reported to relevant authorities for investigation or prosecution.Exemption Of Liability
The Lawn Guide, it's owners or affiliates accept no responsibility whatsoever as to any detrimental results an Advertiser experiences resulting from the use of The Lawn Guide.The Advertiser agrees in entirety to exempt The Lawn Guide, it's owners, or affiliates from any legal action of any nature whatsoever at any time.
Change Of The Advertising Terms and Conditions
The Lawn Guide reserves the right to change these Advertising Terms and Conditions at any time, at its own discretion.Continued use of The Lawn Guide is always bound by The Advertising Terms and Conditions, including if and when at any time they may be modified.
Refusal Of Advertising
The Lawn Guide always retains the express right to:1refuse an advertisement,
2refuse to renew an advertisement,
3remove any advertisement,
Without providing any explanation of the reason for the removal to the Advertiser, or to any other party.
